Together with our brand partners and dealer network, our Sales team works to help more people get behind the wheel of our vehicles. They do this by providing a wide range of finance and aftersales products designed to meet the needs of our customers.
These products might be an improved version of existing products or a totally new and innovative way to stay mobile. Either way, the team works collaboratively to ensure all of this is done in line with our strategy, regulatory requirements and the Volkswagen Group brands.

Marketing (Digital & Direct)

The world of car finance can be complicated, so in Marketing, we try to make things a little simpler.
Working with the product, research, sales and brand teams, we give customers all the information they need to make clear choices. Together, we then develop the best ways to raise awareness of these products. For example, through branded content, website, performance marketing, PR or other ways.
It doesn't stop there. Our Internal Communications team ensures all colleagues are up-to-date with all the latest news, events and progress on our business strategy.


Our Brand Management team plays a pivotal role in driving performance for both us and the brands across the entire Volkswagen Group, partnering with everyone from Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, MAN and Cupra. The team is responsible for understanding the brands' objectives, executing plans to align these with VWFS, and launching all finance campaigns to market. Our teams ensure we generate genuine loyalty through quality products and service and that we remain the first choice for our customers.
