Early Careers

Whether you’re just leaving school or college, or preparing to finish university, VWFS has a number of great opportunities to help get your career on the road.

These can see you working across different areas of the business and getting involved in various projects and initiatives.

Undergraduates

If you’re currently in your 2nd year at university and looking for a 12-month undergraduate placement, then VWFS is a great place to begin your journey. We have placements across all of our business areas including IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Fleet, Risk and many more! Listen to what some of our undergraduates say about their time with us:

Our 2024 Undergraduate placement scheme is now open.

Apprenticeships

At VWFS we believe apprenticeships are a great way to learn on the job and gain a professional qualification, while earning a competitive salary with benefits. If you are over 18 and leaving school or college soon, or simply looking for a career change, you could soon be working in IT, Finance, Marketing or Customer Operations.

Applications are now closed for apprenticeships starting this year, you will be able to register your interest for our 2024 apprentice opportunities at the start of 2024.

See what others like you have said about doing an apprenticeship with VWFS:

“I joined VWFS on a 2 Year Finance Apprenticeship back in September 2021 and it gave me a chance to grow academically, personally and professionally. Being part of the Finance Department in a growing business has many positives and has allowed me to meet and work with some great people, I've now secured a permanent role here too! I’d definitely recommend an Apprenticeship here at Volkswagen Financial Services“

- Samuel Thorndell, ex Finance apprentice
