FAQs

We do our best to make the application process as simple as possible for you. Just fill out a few essential personal details and then upload your CV and cover letter. The cover letter is optional but we recommend including a short explanation of why you’re interested in the role.

The actual application process should only take you 5-10 minutes to complete, assuming your CV is already up to date. We then do our best to contact applicants within 2 weeks of the closing date to let you know if we’d like to invite you for an interview. We also let you know if we have decided not to progress with your application.

We offer fair and inclusive selection processes so if you require any adjustments for any reason please just ask the recruitment team when you’re invited to interview. We’re always happy to support you to be your best on the day.
Our selection processes vary depending on the type of role you apply for but whatever we ask you to do, it will always be relevant to the role. Typically we have a 2 stage selection process and across those stages we would like to learn more about what you could bring to VWFS, why you’re interested in the role and any role relevant skills and experience. This could be through a variety of selection methods such as an interview, role-related tasks or presentation.

If you have given up some of your valuable time to attend an interview with us, we will always give you a call to let you know the outcome of the interview. If you have been successful we may invite you to the next stage of the process or offer you the role. If you have been unsuccessful we will always ensure you receive some feedback as to why.

There is no limit to the number of vacancies that you can apply for, all we ask is that you are choosing the vacancies that are most suited to your skills and experience.

There are a few ways to keep in touch with us, you can register for job alerts by clicking HERE and we’ll notify you when we advertise a new vacancy. You can easily turn these notifications off at any time too. We also put all of our external vacancies on Linked In so follow our page HERE and you can also learn more about working at VWFS and our business. We also have an Instagram page HERE and whilst we don’t yet advertise our vacancies on there, we plan to start to very soon.

We can only offer Visa sponsorship for current VWFS employees outside of the UK to join us or for roles that require a specialist skillset where we may find it difficult to find suitable candidates. We will include in our adverts for roles where we may be able to consider visa sponsorship.

We implemented our hybrid working policy formally in 2022 and it offers some really flexible working options. We ask all colleagues to spend a minimum of 20% of their working week in the office with some flexibility where some weeks may require some more time spent in the office for reasons such as training or team sessions. Please feel free to ask about this at any point through the recruitment process.
