“Hi, I’m Karen and I’m Resourcing Manager for business areas including IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, HR & Bank. I joined VWFS in October 2019 so finished my probation in lockdown. I have been in HR & Recruitment for more than 20 years and I genuinely love my work and my team. I talk to some fascinating people that want to join us and get to know our internal colleagues through our processes either as candidates, or managers. I’m also an advocate (or champion) for being as diverse and inclusive as we can be and supporting our wider D&I journey.”

“Hi, I’m Trish a Resourcing Manager for business areas such as Customer Operations, Fleet, Brands, Product and Marketing and Sales. I joined VWFS in 2018 and I’m a qualified HR professional and have worked in various industries during my career. I enjoy my role as I love working collaboratively with the team and partnering with the business to help hire great talent while offering an inclusive and positive candidate experience.”

“Hi, I’m Gabi and I’m a Resourcing Advisor supporting with Recruitment for many of our customer- facing roles. I joined VWFS in 2023 and prior to working here I enjoyed a 17 year career in Financial Services. My favourite part of being a Resourcing Advisor is getting to talk to a wide variety of people and helping to make the process of getting to the next step in their career enjoyable and stress free. It’s very fulfilling seeing someone doing well in their role, developing and enjoying working at VWFS.”

I joined VWFS in 2016 in our Fleet team before moving into HR and prior to working here I was a police officer! My role is so varied I get to speak to such a wide variety of people and I love seeing people be so excited to join VWFS.”

“Hi, I’m Katie and I’m a Resourcing Officer supporting all of our Undergraduate and Apprentice recruitment as well as supporting the team with our temps and contractor processes and budget management. I have been with the Volkswagen family since 2008 starting my career in HR Services then moved into the wonderful world of Recruitment. I really enjoy my role as Resourcing Officer because no two days are the same. I get the chance to help recruit new talent into the business as well as supporting the team across a wide variety of activities.”
