HR & People Development

We help our company reach its goals by taking care of our people, giving advice, and building and nurturing collaborative relationships across the business. We support managers in taking ownership for their teams through coaching and mentoring, and empowering colleagues to own their own development to realise their potential. We set the example by living out our values honestly and always keeping the balance between what's good for our company and what's right for our people. From the time someone thinks about joining us, to when they move on, we make sure they have a great experience.

HR Operations

Our HR Business Partnering team, HR Advisors and Employee Relations will advise, coach and support our colleagues on key HR topics such as; structural changes, change leadership, performance reviews, workforce planning and job descriptions. They work collaboratively across the wider HR team to ensure the right resources and colleagues are engaged.

Culture and Engagement

We work to ensure that we are living our values and everyone is contributing towards our culture and ethos of being fully inclusive, honest and open and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. This is led through our Together for Integrity (T4I) Global programme, the Employee Forum, our Employee led Community Committee, Social Committee and other working groups. We monitor the impact through our global employee survey and the Great Place to Work engagement survey.

Talent and Resourcing

We support the business with all talent development and recruitment requirements. This can be to identify up and coming leaders within our business, internal career moves for our colleagues or, recruiting new external talent into our business. We are committed to having the right skills, at the right time and in the right place.

HR Hub

We are a specialist support team offering help and guidance to all colleagues. We will be your first point of call for all HR queries from guiding you through joining us any support you need throughout your career with us. This includes topics like payroll, benefits and policy questions you may have.

Learning & Development (L&D)

We make sure everyone has the best tools to learn and grow. Whether you're new and need a warm welcome or want to get better at your job, we've got you covered. We offer great learning platforms like our own 'Learning Zone', a tool for checking how you're doing, and even courses from LinkedIn Learning. We’re all about helping everyone find the best way to learn.

Rewards & Benefits
