As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll gain skills, build rapport and solve problems. You’ll rotate around the various Customer Service departments, getting invaluable experience.
Working alongside IT professionals, you’ll be in a specialist role where you can experience a combination of Software Testing, Small Change, Systems, and Delivery.
In this scheme, you'll learn how to deal with complex financial challenges. You'll complete a variety of rotations, experiencing everything from managing Customer Accounts to Bank Processing.
You should be able to express your opinion and share your ideas, as well as listen to and absorb what your team have to say.
At VWFS, we work together to get things done. You should be helpful, conscientious, and willing to get stuck in to get projects finished.
You'll need a Grade C (or above) in GCSE Maths and English.
